Binge Free: Day 24

Wow, 24 days…I’m impressed with myself :) But the only thing is, I need to cut back on sugary foods.  I seriously need to be 135 by Christmas.  I want to be 135 on Christmas morning.  And my New Years Resolution is going to be to lose the rest of my excess fat through healthy eating and exercise.  I’m going to try to start exercising everyday, but it’s so hard to get it in between school, work, family, and friends. 

Oh, and I’m pretty sure I have body dismorphia.  Like, I can seriously look at myself in the mirror and see the fattest thing ever, but then when I see myself in pictures, I can’t believe how skinny I look. It’s ridiculous.

But anyways, I’m just chillin’ here, doing homework.  Debating on whether going and getting a snack…haven’t eaten since 11:30am and it’s 3:06pm.  For the next month, I am going to choose vegetables over desserts and sugary, high carb snacks.  I wish I had a car and a gym membership, so I could just go to the gym whenever I want.  Well, If I had a treadmill or an elyptical at my house, that’s be fine too.  The only real thing I can do at my house is play the wii (which is in the living room, and I rarely am at home alone and I hate having my family watching me workout…don’t know why), run outside (boring), and do my moms old workout videos (not my thing).  I do like dancing to music, but that really doesn’t do much for me…ugh, I hate this.  If anyone has any workout ideas for me, let me know…pretty please?
